Frequently asked questions
Is the flame resistance a coating that washes out?
No. It is 100% inherent — the para-aramid molecule itself is non-flammable (LOI >28%). Protection lasts the entire service life of the fabric.
Para-aramid vs meta-aramid — which should I choose?
Para-aramid offers 3–5× higher tensile strength and far superior cut resistance. Choose it when you need combined cut and heat protection; meta-aramid suits pure thermal applications.
