Production capacity
We spin the yarn and weave the fabric in one plant in Shantou, Guangdong. The fibre, the yarn and the finished roll therefore stay under a single quality system, and a change to the construction is made on our own lines rather than negotiated between two factories.
Four things that decide what we can deliver
Manufacturing equipment
Spinning frames, weaving looms and automated sewing-thread lines sit in the same plant, with the testing instruments alongside them. Because the yarn is spun and the fabric is woven on one site, a change to the fibre or the yarn count does not have to be re-qualified across two suppliers before it reaches the loom.
Production scale and capacity
Annual output is more than 1,000 tons of aramid, Modacrylic and HPPE yarn and more than 500 tons of protective fabric. That covers high-volume programmes, and the same lines take make-to-order work: weight, width, weave and colour are set to the order instead of being drawn from a fixed catalogue.
Raw material control
Fibre is bought against the specification of the finished material, and each incoming batch is checked before it is spun — tensile strength, heat resistance and cut resistance among the tests. The point of testing at the fibre stage is that a fault is caught before it is built into a yarn, a loom run and a roll of cloth.
Supply chain and delivery
Raw material is held against planned production rather than bought order by order, and production is scheduled against a warehousing plan. That is what keeps a repeat order on the same construction and the same delivery window as the first one.
Output figures are annual and describe the plant, not any single order. Where a specification depends on a test result — a flame-spread index, an arc rating, a cut level — it is quoted from the report for the exact construction you are buying, never from the fibre name.
The floor the orders run on
Buyers are welcome to come and audit the plant, or to ask for the production walk-through on video if travel is not practical.
